Seven Real Estate Advisors helps PEPCO retail chain to open new discount shops in Estonia together with CREalty Advisers, Lithuania. PEPCO is offering apparel for the entire family and household products at the lowest prices. Seven’s retail advisor Katja Zupsman comments - “Half dozen rental agreements have been signed by now and we are constantly looking for new shop locations across Estonia.”

The European PEPCO chain employs more than 12 000 people and has over 1 300 shops under management.

 

Seven Real Estate Advisors managed full fit-out project for printing companies Printon and Vaba Maa at Peterburi street 81 multi-tenant logistics and office complex. New production facilities occupy 5 000 square meters, office and social space take another 500 square meters. The printing company employs 120 specialists. The main field of activity of Printon and Vaba Maa is export of high quality book printing services.

“The largest net absorber of new modern office space is IT and telecom segment in Estonia” said Heinike Reisin, leading office letting advisor at Seven Real Estate Advisors. “We are proud to work with leading IT and telecom companies to help them to expand in Estonia, for example ATEA and Telia. Some companies prefer their lease transactions not to be disclosed. Several tenant representation assignments are in process and will be closed in 2018.”

Seven Real Estate Advisors helped to divest ScalaCity office property in Tallinn CBD. Asset management services included liquidation of vacancy before exit, managing fit-out works according to tenant needs, overall technical preparation and property management. Seven was the Asset Manager of ScalaCity during a 1.5 year period until the succesful closing in October 2016.

According to the prognosis of Seven Real Estate Advisors the number of transactions with business premises is expected to increase during the 2nd half of 2010 and the total turnover should exceed 1 billion kroons. Foreign investors are getting more interested in Estonia again, but their conditions are now tougher than before.
